The apartment is spacious, perfect for three people, and kept tidy and clean. It has a modern bathroom with all the essential amenities. The apartment looks exactly as shown on the booking.com website. They were always quick to respond to our inquiries through the message board on booking.com, and their replies were polite and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant staying.

The property was ideally situated. Immaculately clean throughout. Had everything we needed. Correspondence with the owners was easy and efficient. We had a slight problem with the shower. Water was escaping through the glass doors. The owner came almost straight away and cleaned the water up that had gone into the kitchen. We didn’t use the shower after the incident as when we tried it was still leaking out. I’m sure the owner will fix the seal so no other travelers have this problem. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous newly renovated apartment in a perfect central location a few minutes walk to the Rynek and close to tons of cafes and restaurants! It is our favorite location in Krakow and we were so happy to stay in this area beside the library. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, comfortable bed and a kitchen with a coffee marker, fridge, stove and things to cook if you wanted. Lots of space in the apartment and it was extremely clean. There was an elevator to get us to the 3rd floor which was great as many places don't have elevators!

Our host was extremely prompt and approachable via email. Delivery of breakfast was great, and when we wanted to change our order, it was no problem. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff (we needed more towels) was very nice!

We did not meet the hosts as all communications were remote and digital, but they helped with anything we asked for. Breakfast was always on time and the room was very clean and comfortable. Close to the old town,next to cozy coffee shops and restaurants.

The apartments are clean, bright, tidy and have plenty of storage space. The kitchen has some cutlery and is stocked with some basics (salt, pepper, sugar, a coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge). There apartment was large with a bed, seating area, dining nook and a balcony. The apartment is not located on a main street so there is no noise. However, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The building feels safe due to the building code and the door code that has to be entered. If you book the breakfast option there are vegetarian/vegan options available - just be sure to inform them via booking's messaing service.

The location was fantastic, not too far away from the main train station. The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities you could need. The entry process was simple and avoided the worry of carrying keys while out and about.

Apartment is as shown in the picture. Neat and clean. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Beds were amazing. Staff was helpful and quick in responding. Location is also good surrounded by restaurants, close to tram stop and in 15 mins you can reach centre of Krakow. We had small AC issue in the night and when we informed in the morning, it was fix immediately. Overall our stay was amazing and definitely recommend this apartment.

Very large, clean and comfortable room very close to the town square. Easy and smooth check in and check out process, quick communication with the host. There is A/C in the apartment and it helped a lot as the weather was very hot.

The breakfast was delivered early in the morning in front of the door. The first day it was labelled "classic" and the second day "Polish" but they were identical. A lot of bread, some cheese and some ham plus some fresh sliced vegetables. Not really my taste for breakfast but all in all alright. The property was very quick to help and very understanding when I realised I had made a double booking. They agreed to cancel the unwanted reservation without penalty. I very much appreciated this.
